Approaching Storm II - Rye

Another from the Rye backbeach. This is the view looking back towards the beach from the path back to the carpark as the storm rolled in. This painting also took about 2 hours, and I let myself get in a bit more detail than the previous paintings, as I thought it needed a bit considering the closeness of the point of view. Still, I've left many parts of it unworked for balance, so it's a fair compromise I guess. In hindsight I should have gone with a little more vagueness and just captured the feeling of the place without the detail, but you live and learn.
